MATERIAL:

1 pandan leaf
sAUCE:
500 ml coconut milk from a coconut
1 pandan leaf

CONTENTS:

HOW TO MAKE:
- Syrup: boil sugar with water and pandan leaves, after boiling, remove and strain
- Sauces; boiled coconut milk with pandan leaf and salt, boil, remove from heat.
- Seaweed; boiled five minutes in boiling water, remove and drain
- Prepare a glass, fill with brown sugar syrup, seaweed, coconut juice, lychee fruit and coconut milk, add ice cubes or crushed ice decorated with red sugar syrup and sweetened condensed milk, served

1 packet gelatin powder of white color
750 ml coconut milk from a coconut
125 grams brown sugar
50 grams sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
2 pieces of pandan leaves, torn to pieces, make a knot
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Bring to a boil while stirring over low heat.
2. Prepare pudding mold, pour the batter.
3. Remove from mold when cool and harden.
